User Guide
1. Getting Started
- Sign In: Use your standard Microsoft Account.
- Roles: The system automatically detects your access:
- General Access Can view and download open assets.
- Restricted Access (Admin) Can upload, edit, and manage security.
2. Browsing & Searching
- Navigation: Click folders to open them. Use the breadcrumb links at the top to jump back.
- Search: Type in the search box to instantly filter files in the current folder.
- Preview: Click an image to open the gallery view. Click a document (PDF, etc.) to open it in a new tab.
3. Admin Features (Restricted Users)
If you have Admin access, you will see a toolbar with extra actions when you select items.
🔒 Permissions & Security
- New folders are Restricted by Default (marked with a 🔒 icon).
- To Unlock a Folder:
- Select the folder (click the checkbox).
- Click the 🔒 Permissions button in the toolbar.
- Confirm to change it to General.
- General users cannot see Restricted folders.
📂 Management
- Upload: Drag & drop files anywhere, or use the "Upload Assets" button.
- Create Folder: Click the + icon in the folder tree header.
- Move: Select items -> Click ➡️ Move -> Choose destination.
- Delete: Select items -> Click 🗑️ Delete.
